Boiler castable falling off and crack repairing method

 During the operation of the circulating fluidized bed furnace, some phenomenon of falling off and cracking of the boiler castables will occur. Since the occurrences are mostly dense phase zones such as the returning device and the water cooling screen, the pipelines of this part are better than others. Places are more likely to cause wear and tear. Then, after this happens, the usual method is to use the castable or plastic to repair. When repairing, the repair material should be mixed and stirred first, then the appropriate template and mold should be made at the repaired part, and then the pouring repair is carried out. It is necessary to wait for the material to be basically solidified and formed, and then to gradually heat the furnace according to the heating curve, which is time-consuming and laborious, and is not economical. If it is repaired with blue mud, it can be ordered immediately after construction, saving time and effort, and being convenient and quick. The method is as follows:< p>  < p> The part of the castable material of the falling boiler is trimmed with a special tool to a notch angle of not less than 20 mm, that is, the repaired thickness is not less than 20 mm. Clean the repaired parts with a brush, slice the blue mud with a knife, and stick the fresh side to the repaired part, then use a rubber mallet to force the compaction to firmly bond with the original castable and form a flat surface. If some parts of the castable fall off to reveal the pin, directly repair it with blue mud dicing, and beat it tightly. If the area is not large, it can be completed in ten minutes.
