Magnesia hercynite brick

Magnesia hercynite brick is one of the featured products developed by Henan Ruitai. High grade sintered magnesia and hercynite were chosen as the raw materials to calcinate chrome free and eco-friendly magnesia hercynite bricks to meet the cement and nonferrous industry demands. It has been widely used and particularly applicable for burning zone of dry-process rotary cement kilns. The design of Ruitai hercynite brick is beneficial for the clinker coating and reduce of heat conduction, and the presence of spinel enhance the thermal shock and chemical corrosion resistance. The micro cracks formed by the inconsistency of spinel and periclase thermal expansion can cushion the thermal stress caused by the temperature fluctuation.
