RY-41

RY-41 is the Alumina-Zirconia-Silica fused cast material bearing ZrO₂>40% ZrO₂. It has a much higher ZrO₂ content, reduced amount of glass phase and dense structure with interlocking of zirconia and eutectoid crystals, resulting in excellent corrosion resistance and relatively low bubble rate to molten glass at high temperature. It is suitable for the key portion where the corrosion is serious in the glass furnaces.
